When are assessments due and how should I pay?
Sign up to make HOA payments and view other key documents on the Heritage portal, Vantaca
Monthly fees are due at the beginning of the month. A late fee of $25 dollars will be charged by Heritage after 60 days of delinquency on an overdue payment. Problems registering, contact Heritage @ 770-451-8171 (press 3 for account setup)

When is the pool open and how do I get access?
The pool opens on May 1 and remains open through the end of September. If you are a new member to the community, gate codes will be provided in your welcome packet.
What services are included in my monthly HOA fee?

Access to common areas, weekly lawn service, community landscape, and hardscape.

Weekly on Monday by DeKalb County Sanitation. Garbage bins should by placed on your curb no earlier than 5pm on Sunday and brought back into your garage by Monday evening. Note: When Monday is a holiday, pickup is on Tuesdays
