HOA Board Meetings

The HOA Board meets on a monthly basis. All community homeowners are invited to these meetings along with quarterly and an annual board meeting. Meeting invites are sent directly to the homeowner's email on file with Heritage Property Management. If you are not receiving invites, please contact the HOA Board Secretary.

Community Maintenance

  • Gutter cleaning scheduled on a quarterly basis

  • Mulch installed throughout the community in March 2023

  • Guest parking sink hole scheduled for repair

  • Resealing of roads scheduled in 2023

  • Fixing irrigation system or installing a new one in common areas in 2023 repair

Community Projects

  • Butterfly MX (callbox) installation: On hold

  • Structural Issues with building 12 including drainage issues in common areas and in front of buildings 11-13

  • Planning budget for next fiscal year to consider condition assessment findings
